
Ahead of the opening of the 2026 LoL World Championship, SOOP revealed a dedicated teaser page for the event on the 8th. The event will run from October 16 to November 15, matching the duration of the tournament.
Details of the event will be revealed one by one each day. The scheduled content includes the distribution of new emoticons to celebrate the World Championship qualification of its streaming partner teams: Gen.G, T1, and Dplus KIA.
Videos featuring the players explaining the event details themselves will also be released sequentially. Exclusively provided by SOOP, these videos can be found on the dedicated teaser page and social media channels.
SOOP's Riot Games broadcasting partnership extends through 2030. Building on this partnership, SOOP broadcasts major tournaments including the LCK, First Stand, Mid-Season Invitational (MSI), and the LoL World Championship.
Seven out of the 10 LCK teams have formed streaming partnerships with SOOP. SOOP provides individual player broadcasts and team collaborative content alongside its partner teams, including T1, Gen.G, and Dplus KIA.
