This video marks the first instance of a game trailer premiering exclusively on Netflix, drawing evaluations that it signals a shift in game promotion strategies that have traditionally centered on YouTube. Netflix previously introduced this collaboration as its first partnership related to new game videos.

Running for approximately 26 minutes, the newly released video focuses primarily on actual gameplay footage. It confirmed how players can seamlessly switch playable characters between Jason and Lucia depending on the situation during missions, while various side activities—including robberies, basketball, working out, scuba diving, and off-road racing—also made brief appearances. However, technical specifications such as frame rates or graphics options were not disclosed.

GTA 6 (Grand Theft Auto VI) is the latest entry in Rockstar Games' flagship franchise. Set in Vice City and the state of Leonida, it features the dual protagonists Jason and Lucia, and is scheduled to release on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19.
