NEOWIZ announced on the 10th that its relaxing mobile idle game, 'Cats & Soup,' is launching a collaboration with the globally popular 'Sanrio Characters.'

This collaboration is based on the story of the Sanrio characters arriving after spotting a mysterious rainbow rising above a special soup. Players can experience various forest activities in Cats & Soup, such as cooking food, running a café, and going on picnics with Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and Pochacco.

To celebrate the update, 'Cats & Soup' will host a festival event until May 6. In the 'Dice Event,' players can move across a board to earn currency, which can be used to obtain limited-edition Sanrio-themed furniture and facilities, such as the 'Cinnamoroll Slide' and 'Pompompurin Music Box.' Additionally, by participating in the 7-day 'Attendance Event,' players can receive a free 'Pompompurin Mini Costume Set' based on their cumulative login days.

Collaboration-exclusive package items will also be available. These include a 'Special Guest' feature where Sanrio characters appear spinning like a teacup ride, as well as wind-up 'Doll Friends' that highlight each character's personality. Players can also find various costume items, including character-themed headbands, doll outfits, balloons, and bags. A set of facility skins capturing the Sanrio collaboration theme will also be updated.

Furthermore, starting with April Fools' Day on April 1, a 'Login Reward Event' will provide gifts just for logging into the game, along with additional daily in-game currency rewards throughout the event period.
