'Diable' Nam Dae-geun, who was recently demoted to the second team by BNK FearX, appears set to leave the organization.

According to BNK FearX's official social media on the 28th, Nam 'Diable' Dae-geun has been sent down to the team's second-string roster following controversy over his absence from a fan meeting. The situation has escalated further, with reports suggesting that BNK FearX and 'Diable' have failed to reach an amicable resolution, leading to discussions about a potential transfer.
The team interested in acquiring 'Diable' is a mid-to-lower-tier LCK squad. Multiple industry insiders report that this is not a simple signing but a trade involving a second-team player, and the interested team has already inquired with the LCK regarding the trade.
If Nam dons a new uniform, his eligibility to compete will depend on the nature of the transfer. Under standard new registration rules, he would only be eligible to play starting from the third round, as the integrated roster for the second round has already been announced. However, a 'trade' would change the situation.

According to the official LCK rulebook, trades are prohibited from the start of the second round of the regular season until the end of the 'Road to MSI.' Therefore, for 'Diable' to compete immediately in the second round, all trade procedures must be completed and reported to the LCK by tomorrow, April 30, before the second round begins on May 1. This is why his final destination is expected to be decided by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, 'Diable's' agency, Shadow Corporation, stated, "Nam is fully aware of his mistakes and is reflecting on them; he is sincerely sorry to the fans. We will focus on consistent education, management, and guidance to ensure that such an incident never happens again." Team A, which is widely expected to be the destination for a trade, remained cautious, stating, "We have nothing to say regarding this matter at this time."
