It looks like Zeus and Mars will join the Dota Auto Chess roster next

The chessboards of Dota Auto Chess are about to be shaken up by a duo of divine power. That is, if Drodo Studio isn't pulling our leg. On Twitter, the Chinese developer posted two images that don't leave us with much imagining left to do. One silhouette paints the god of thunder, Zeus. The other image seems to be that of his son (in Greek mythology): the god of war Mars.

This would fall in line with some datamined code of a while ago, which hinted at a new race "God" being added. Said code also spoke of Sven and Invoker, but it looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer for those heroes to be added as well.

The tease comes only a month after the last roster update, in which Riki, Death Prophet and Mirana were added. With those heroes the developers seemed to be testing out-of-the-box designs, as Mirana shot an arrow across the field to one of your 'shadow armies' battleing an opponent.

Riki, on the other hand, has the fun benefit of turning your bench invisible to your opponents, meaning that it is more difficult for them to scout your strategy.

Perhaps Zeus could also have some cross-board interaction. In Dota 2, the mighty mustached man's ultimate ability Thunder God's Wrath strikes down lightning on all opponents, regardless of where they are on the map.
