Previously, Dot Esports reported that EnVision did not pay its players or staff members for their last month of work prior to their contracts being terminated in June 2018, and players also allege that Minacov did not allow them to tryout for Overwatch League teams in season one.

Following Dot's initial report, Minacov stated that his former employees would receive payment within 30 to 45 days, but within a week of the self-imposed deadline, he offered an ultimatum to Dot: delete their coverage of the situation or else players would not receive payment. Dot rejected the ultimatum.

At the end of September, Minacov stated that players would be paid, but over two weeks later, roflgator says he has not received payment. "5 months since I should've been payed [sic]. Still haven't gotten paid," he tweeted.
