KeSPA Officially Announces the 2018 LCK Summer Split Round 1 Roster

On June 8th (KST), KeSPA officially announced the 2018 LCK Summer Split Round 1 Roster.

 

Kingzone DragonX, Afreeca Freecs, and SKT T1 will be using the same player rosters from the Spring split. Among the above teams, KZ added Ahn Hyo-yeon to their coach roster. He is known to be an expert in sports psychology; he has been providing counseling for numerous esports players. kt Rolster's Mid laner, 

 

Gen.G added some new faces to their roster as well. In the upcoming split, three players will join the former Worlds champ including Top laner Moon “Mong” Chang-min and Support Kim “Life” Jung-min. For their Mid lane, Song “Fly” Yong-jun will be making his LCK comeback.

 

Hanwha Life Esports seems to have finished their 10-man roster by signing Lee “Brook” Jang-hoon, Moon “Clever” Won-hee, and Kim “Asper” Tae-gi to their lineup.

 

With their main Support, Kwon “Wraith” Ji-min, retiring from the scene, Jin Air Greenwings added     Park “Nova” Chan-ho to fill his spot. Lee “KaKAO” Byung-kwon will make his LCK return as well.

 

Griffin, who passed the Promotion match, did not have any changes to their roster.

 

The 2018 LCK Summer split is scheduled to be hosted 6 times a week; the season will start off with the ‘bbq Olivers vs MVP’ match on June 12th (KST). This split will be co-hosted by Riot Games/KeSPA and co-broadcasted by OGN/SPOTV GAMES.

 

Roster changes compared to the last split are marked in green.
