Overwatch League viewership on Twitch exceeds 400,000 on the first day

At 4:00 PM on January 11, the Overwatch League began and marked a pleasant start with more than 400,000 viewers on Twitch.

The game between the San Francisco Shock and LA Valiant that is currently ongoing had around 370,000 viewers during the 2nd set on the official Overwatch League channel, and the number reached more than 400,000 with viewers on the separate channels - overwatchleague_kr and overwatchleague_fr.

Even though the game is being held in the morning which is a rather inconvenient time to watch, the Korean channel, in particular, shows a somewhat remarkable number of 18,000 viewers. More viewers are expected to watch the game between the Seoul Dynasty and Dallas Fuel when the time hits 8:00 PM (PDT).

The number of viewers still remains at 380,000 as of 10:30 AM (KST)
