Former G2 Player Emperor Joins Rox Tigers as a Coach

Starting his career as a professional League of Legends player through CJ Entus, 'Kim "Emperor" Jin-Hyun' played for G2 Esports and Longzhu Gaming before being selected to become the coach for Rox Tigers.

On the 28th of December(KST), Rox Tigers made the announcement that Emperor will be receiving the baton from the previous coach that had his contract expire on the 5th. Emperor started his career in CJ Entus Blaze at the end of 2013 and collected playing experience and knowledge through playing on multiple teams including a team from overseas.

On the other hand, due to the departure of Mickey and Shy in 2017, many fans were concerned about Rox in regards to team performance. But with the addition of Emperor and Kuzan, Rox Tigers filled in all the empty seats that they had.

However, 2017 had a rather "fiery" preseason, with tons of players moving from team to team, and top teams retaining the same roster for 2018. How Rox Tigers will perform in the new LCK environment is yet a mystery.
