NHN announced on the 14th that it has added a new attribute and region while hosting a celebratory event to mark the 3rd anniversary of Wooparoo Odyssey's release. According to NHN, cumulative Wooparoo summons have surpassed 100 million since the game's launch in October 2023.
Login rewards designed to support the growth of new and returning players have also been prepared. Players who log into the game by the 28th can receive 'Rabini', a commemorative 3rd anniversary Wooparoo. Growth resources used for Wooparoo promotion, 'Star Engraving', and 'Star Resonance' will be distributed daily, along with growth resource coupons and community events.
In the update applied on September 30, the new 'Curse' attribute and Wooparoos featuring that attribute were introduced. Built around the concept of stealing the opponent's health or sealing their magic, Wooparoos of the 'Curse' attribute can inflict debuffs on opponents, allowing them to be strategically paired with existing attributes.
Space for placing and housing Wooparoos has also been expanded. The new area 'Garden of Life' was added, and the Cave level limit was increased to 40. The 'Star Engraving' skill, which enhances Wooparoo abilities, was expanded, and content necessary for collection and growth was introduced.
Wooparoo Odyssey is a collection-based hybrid SNG that combines Wooparoo collecting, raising, and village customization with a proprietary battle system.
