The G-STAR Organizing Committee is opening public applications for food truck vendors for the international game exhibition 'G-STAR 2026,' taking place this November.
G-STAR 2026 will be held for four days from November 19 to 22 at BEXCO in Busan. The G-STAR Organizing Committee plans to set up a food truck zone in the outdoor parking lot of BEXCO Exhibition Center 1 during the event to provide attendees with a variety of food options and convenience.
Eligibility is open to domestic and foreign residents in Korea who hold food truck business permits and own vehicles equipped for cooking. Vehicles must have completed official structural modification approval, and vendors must not operate a separate brick-and-mortar business or fall under a franchise or corporate food truck entity.
Applications can be submitted online through October 18. The G-STAR Organizing Committee will review the submitted documentation to verify eligibility and select final participants based on factors such as menu diversity.
A representative from the G-STAR Organizing Committee stated, "The food truck zone will be a space that delivers great food and enjoyment to attendees. We look forward to enthusiastic interest and participation from food truck operators offering unique menus."
