Colorful Technology Company Limited (hereinafter COLORFUL) released the white-themed CVN X870E ARK FROZEN V14 motherboard on the 30th. The new product features a 16+2+1 phase power delivery design, supports Wi-Fi 7 and 40Gbps USB Type-C, and can accommodate up to five NVMe SSDs in total.
The 16+2+1 phase power design is engineered to deliver stable power to AMD Ryzen processors and connected peripherals. To dissipate heat from the power supply section and NVMe SSDs, custom Frost cooling armor and full-cover thermal pads have been applied. COLORFUL explained that this design maintains consistent performance during extended gaming or workloads and reduces thermal throttling.
A white color scheme is applied to both the heatsink and PCB, creating an exterior with a clean texture. It can be paired with the iGame GeForce RTX 5070 Ti ULTRA WHITE OC 16GB graphics card, which shares the same white aesthetic. The graphics card features a curved design optimized for internal airflow.
According to COLORFUL, the iGame GeForce RTX 5070 Ti ULTRA WHITE OC 16GB supports DLSS 5, providing AI-powered frame generation and motion data enhancement features. NBA 2K27 was introduced as the first game title to support DLSS 5, enhancing light and texture quality to improve hair, skin, and lighting rendering.
Networking specifications support a 5Gbps wired connection and Wi-Fi 7. The I/O configuration includes 40Gbps USB Type-C alongside 10Gbps and 5Gbps USB ports. One-touch locking and release mechanisms are also implemented for convenient replacement of the graphics card and NVMe SSDs, allowing a total of five NVMe SSDs to be installed, including PCIe 5.0-based drives.
