Blizzard Entertainment's Diablo Immortal has released collaboration content with Todd McFarlane's Spawn, introducing two new gameplay events running over the course of a month.
Through this collaboration, the anti-hero Spawn enters Sanctuary. Players can participate in a large-scale community challenge against the demon lord Malebolgia and enjoy dungeon combat themed around the Hellspawn.
Spawn-themed cosmetic items and rewards that alter a character's appearance and atmosphere are also provided. Battles, enemies, and supernatural challenges reflecting the Spawn universe are integrated into the content as well.
A launch cinematic trailer has been released on the official Diablo Immortal YouTube channel. Viewers can also check out a video from BlizzCon 2026 on the channel, featuring Todd McFarlane alongside a Diablo Immortal artist during a live drawing panel that reimagined Diablo characters within the Spawn universe.
