NEXUS announced on the 30th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with The Tie, a US-based digital asset solutions provider for institutions, to strengthen the ONE Store ecosystem. Stakin by The Tie, The Tie's institutional staking arm, joins as a ONE Chain validator.
Stakin by The Tie will participate in block validation and network security operations. The operational standards and risk management frameworks that The Tie has established across multiple Proof-of-Stake (PoS) networks will also be applied to ONE Chain validator operations.
The two companies plan to expand institutional validator participation and advance operational systems. They will also cooperate to enhance the transparency of network and staking information provided to institutional investors and to raise the credibility of the ONE Chain ecosystem among domestic and international institutions and exchanges.
ONE Chain staking data will be integrated with Staking Rewards, a global staking data and rating platform. Headquartered in Switzerland, Staking Rewards provides real-time data on more than 120 PoS assets and over 90 verified staking providers. It serves as an independent platform referenced by global institutional investors when comparing and evaluating staking assets and operators.
Headquartered in New York, The Tie provides intelligence, infrastructure, advisory, capital raising, and communication solutions to facilitate institutional participation in digital assets. Having secured over 500 institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and banks, it launched its infrastructure solutions division after acquiring institutional staking provider Stakin in January 2026. Stakin by The Tie operates non-custodial staking infrastructure across more than 30 blockchain networks.
Jang Hyun-guk, CEO of NEXUS, said, "The participation of a global institutional-grade operator like Stakin by The Tie is proof that ONE Chain possesses infrastructure that institutions can trust." He added, "Together with proven institutional partners, we will expand our validator base and drive trust and growth across the broader ONE Store ecosystem."
Currently, ONE Chain validators include ONE Store, H Lab, CertiK, OnchainLabs, RaidLabs, Mblock, HashKey Cloud, and others. ONE Chain plans to continue securing external validators equipped with stable node operation and network contribution capabilities.
