Cyberpunk life simulation game 'Nivalis Nights' officially launched on September 30 on Inven Games, a PC game key distribution platform operated by Inven.
'Nivalis Nights' is developed by ION LANDS and published by 505 Games. Set in 'Nivalis', a futuristic city rising from the ocean to above the clouds, the game captures the journey of growing a business, forming relationships with residents, and building a unique life. It supports a Korean language interface and subtitles.
Players can start from a small noodle stand and expand their business into restaurants and nightclubs. They must lay the foundation of management by purchasing or growing ingredients and preparing menus to serve in their establishments. Each dish requires specific recipes, ingredients, and equipment, and players decide what food to serve and which customer demographic to target.
Beyond business, players can enjoy a variety of daily activities. They can explore the city by boat, go fishing, or buy and customize apartments to their liking. The game also incorporates relationship-building elements, allowing players to interact with residents to make friends or find love. Whether to focus on business expansion or live a relaxing life socializing with others is entirely up to the player.
Beneath the neon lights lies a darker side to the city. As crackdowns by corporate security force 'CorpSec' and a mysterious serial killer weigh on the city, players can choose to evade security systems during curfew to sabotage rivals. However, players must remain cautious, as they too can fall victim to the same sabotage.
The game drew interest from players even prior to launch. In an official announcement last September, the development team revealed that Steam wishlists had surpassed 1 million. Originally unveiled as 'Nivalis', the title was later officially changed to 'Nivalis Nights'.
'Nivalis Nights' is currently available for purchase on Inven Games, featuring various purchase perks including a 10% launch discount and Naver Pay Points rewards.
