Riot Games announced that it will host '2026 VCT Pacific Finals Busan' at the Sajik Indoor Gymnasium in Busan from September 4 to 6. This tournament will determine the 2026 VCT Pacific Stage 2 champion and the remaining two teams to qualify for VALORANT Champions Shanghai.

Masters London runners-up Paper Rex (PRX) and Nongshim RedForce (NS) have secured their spots at Champions Shanghai based on Championship Points. In Busan, Nongshim RedForce, T1, Global Esports (GE), and VARREL (VL) will compete for the Pacific title and the remaining qualification slots.

On September 4, Upper Bracket Round 3 between Nongshim RedForce and GE, alongside Lower Bracket Round 3 between T1 and VL, will take place. The winner of the upper bracket match will advance directly to the Grand Finals, while the final finalist will be decided through the Lower Bracket Final on September 5. The Grand Finals will take place on September 6.

Nongshim RedForce is seeking its second title of the year following the 2026 VCT Pacific Kickoff. Should T1 or VL reach the top, it will mark their first VCT Pacific title since inception. T1 aims for a second consecutive Champions appearance, while VL aims for its first-ever Champions qualification.

If T1 defeats VL on September 4, VL's chances of advancing to Champions will be eliminated, securing Shanghai spots for T1 and GE. If VL wins, the qualifying team will be determined based on the outcome of the subsequent Lower Bracket Final.

At the Grand Finals opening ceremony on September 6, AUDREY NUNA, who sang the VCT Pacific Stage 2 anthem 'superHuman,' will perform live. AUDREY NUNA previously released the VALORANT collaboration track 'Toxic (feat. AUDREY NUNA)' in January.

The tournament will be broadcast live via YouTube, CHZZK, and SOOP.
