Supercell announced on September 2 that mobile strategy game Clash of Clans is launching its second collaboration with WWE.

This collaboration revolves around WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes searching for John Cena's in-game village. From September 1 through September 30, players can hunt for and raid John Cena's base through daily attacks. Successfully defeating the base rewards players with a Cody Rhodes statue to place in their village.

WWE Superstars including The Undertaker and IYO SKY are joining Cody Rhodes in his search. Both Cody Rhodes and John Cena have long played Clash of Clans, and this event brings their rivalry into the in-game village.

Six WWE Superstars also feature as the game's Hero characters. Cody Rhodes appears as 'Barbarian King', Alexa Bliss as 'Archer Queen', The Undertaker as 'Grand Warden', IYO SKY as 'Royal Champion', Jey Uso as 'Minion Prince', and Kane as 'Dragon Duke'.

During the event, temporary units and WWE-themed content will also be provided. A village scenery themed around WWE's Premium Live Event 'Money in the Bank'—taking place on October 10 in New Orleans—will be added, and players can earn rewards such as Action Figure equipment, Challenger Contracts, and Cody Rhodes skins through WWE Chests.

John Cena said, "People think this rivalry with Cody started in the ring, but it didn't. It started when I out-raided him in the game, and he kicked me off his team," adding, "This time, he's asking millions of players to challenge my base. As I've always said—if you want some, come get some."

This collaboration event will run in-game through September 30.
