At kt Rolster's third dragon timing, 'Cuzz' Moon Woo-chan's Wukong, who was taking the dragon first, boldly initiated a fight, but it met the worst possible outcome. As their skill chain failed to land properly, they were caught one-sidedly, and during their retreat, all fell to a 4-man Scatter the Weak from 'Chovy' Jeong Ji-hoon's Syndra. With this single blow, Gen.G Esports widened the global gold lead to over 7,000.

Around the 25-minute mark, kt Rolster targeted 'Ruler' Park Jae-hyuk's Sivir. However, as Sivir quickly escaped, kt Rolster were drawn into the heart of enemy territory and ended up suffering an Ace. Securing Baron, Gen.G Esports charged toward the enemy base. kt Rolster were unable to withstand a 13,000 gold disparity, and Gen.G Esports scored another Ace to finish the game.
