IGG announced on September 1 that it is launching a collaboration between its mobile real-time strategy survival game 'Doomsday: Last Survivors' and the Japanese anime series 'The Seven Deadly Sins'.
'The Seven Deadly Sins' is a fantasy story following Princess Elizabeth and Meliodas, captain of the legendary order of knights, on their journey to find the knights and save a kingdom in peril.
The collaboration event, "Journey of The Seven Deadly Sins," will run through September 30. Players can participate in various content including "Fairy King's Forest," "Trials of the Order," "Frenzy Experiment," and "Curse of the Commandments."
In "Fairy King's Forest," players use magic crystal balls to earn rewards depending on which of the 7 exits they land on. Additional rewards are granted based on spiritual energy accumulated upon reaching exits and progress filled when touching surprise rings. One free magic crystal ball is provided daily, giving players a chance to obtain an Escanor Marching Skin, a "Horn of Cernunnos" Shelter decoration, a Meliodas Namecard, and a "The Seven Deadly Sins" Chat Frame, among other items.
In "Trials of the Order," leveling up through daily quests awards a purple "Boar Hat Tavern" Shelter skin, a "Mushroom Fairy" profile frame, chat emoticons, and more. The bingo-style "Frenzy Experiment" grants rewards such as a "Chicken Matango" Shelter decoration upon completing rows or columns.
In "Curse of the Commandments," defeating zombies on the map within a set time gives a chance for Galand to appear. Defeating Galand yields "Knight's Proof," which can be exchanged for various items. When cumulative subjugation progress built from Galand's level reaches specific milestones, rewards will be distributed to players across all servers.
Additionally, in "Lucky Dice Adventure," players can roll dice alongside Meliodas to acquire items. Collecting points earned upon completing each lap unlocks additional rewards.
