The gaming culture festival 'GXG 2026 (Game culture X Generation 2026)' will take place from September 11 to 12 around Pangyo Station Square. It is hosted by Seongnam City and organized by the Seongnam Industry Promotion Agency and the Game Culture Foundation.

This year's event expands its interactive program 'THE PLAY' and exhibition program 'THE ART' to showcase content that allows citizens to experience the cultural and social value of gaming.

At 'THE PLAY,' held at Pangyo Station North Square A, visitors can experience gameplay and creative activities. The 'GXG Play Lounge' offers console games to play, while the 'Brand Experience Zone' features activities such as drawing your own Brawler, taking four-cut photo booths, and assessing gaming habits.

Interactive programs will also be offered, including game character voice dubbing, game sound creation utilizing AI technology, and mini board games. Specialized books covering game art, illustration, and animation will also be on display.

On the second floor of Tech One Tower, the 'GXG Campus Arcade' will showcase games designed and developed directly by students from game-related departments at Shingu College and Dong Seoul University. Visitors can play the students' creations on-site.

The exhibition program 'THE ART' will present original tracks from finalist teams of the 'GXG SOUND TRACK' from 2024 to 2026. The corporate social responsibility exhibition at Central Square highlights the game industry's initiatives and case studies across education, culture, environment, and local communities.
