Nexon announced on August 28 that it will run three PC bang events starting August 29 for the PC version of 'Overwatch', developed by Blizzard Entertainment.
The event will run on weekends for three weeks from August 29 to September 13 at Nexon-partnered PC bangs and Geto PC bangs. It features PC bang playtime support, cumulative play rewards, and a Nexon Cash giveaway raffle.
Players who link their Nexon account can play 'Overwatch' for two hours each week at Geto PC bangs, up to a maximum of six hours across the three weeks. The provided playtime can be split across the two days of each weekend.
At Nexon-partnered PC bangs, players who log into the game each week will receive one new Legendary hero skin. Week 1 awards Mauga's 'Aloha Port-de-Paix', Week 2 offers Lúcio's 'Urban Hopper', and Week 3 provides Venture's 'Abyss Wanderer' skin.
Players will also receive Epic and Legendary Loot Boxes as well as Mythic Prisms based on their cumulative playtime. Up to 110 Mythic Prisms can be earned over the three weeks. On September 12 and 13, 5,000 players who log in at Nexon-partnered PC bangs each day will be selected via raffle to receive 10,000 Nexon Cash.
Nexon launched domestic service for PC 'Overwatch' on August 12. To celebrate the launch, Nexon held an offline player event, 'Overwatch Day', on August 22 and 23 at Exhibition Center 1 of BEXCO in Busan.
