Joycity announced on August 27 that its soccer game 'FreeStyle Football 2,' currently under development by subsidiary URE, collaborated with the band KARDI to produce its main theme song.

KARDI is a four-member co-ed band featuring a geomungo player. Through this collaboration, the band directly participated in writing lyrics, composing, and performing the game's main theme song and instrumental tracks.

The music will be featured across major in-game content and gameplay screens. It will be revealed in-game for the first time during the Prime Open Beta Test in September.

Joycity will conduct the Prime Open Beta Test from September 4 to 8, KST. The test will serve as a final check on global service readiness, including cross-play functionality between console and PC platforms.

During the same period, the company will also participate in the North American game show PAX West 2026. Joycity plans to host an on-site playable demo for 'FreeStyle Football 2' at the event, showcasing the game to global players through both the online test and on-site demo.

'FreeStyle Football 2' is an online soccer game featuring fast-paced gameplay and the unrestricted playstyle characteristic of street football. Players can build teams with characters suited to their playstyle and compete in real-time matches through cooperative play.
