'Greak 2: Alliance of the Storms', a sequel to 'Greak: Memories of Azur', has been revealed.

Navegante unveiled a new trailer for 'Greak 2' during the Gamescom 2026 Future Games Show (FGS) on August 27. Featuring hand-drawn 2D graphics, this title—like its predecessor—is a Metroidvania combining puzzles and action, supporting single-player as well as two-player local and online co-op.

The story begins as siblings Greak and Adara, having escaped their invaded home, arrive in the unfamiliar land of Synoraz. However, a ruthless Ilikun sorcerer separates the two across parallel dimensions, forcing them to explore an interconnected world while encountering unique paths, objects, and enemies within their respective dimensions. Utilizing their complementary abilities, the siblings must face magical straw monsters, solve puzzles that can only be cleared through teamwork, and find a way back to their home of Courin.

During their exploration, Greak and Adara discover a flock of legendary ancient Storm Eagles on the brink of extinction. They are tasked with earning the trust of the mythical Storm Eagle species, the 'Jerido', and rescuing the last storm egg before their lineage is lost forever.

'Greak 2' can be played solo by seamlessly switching between Greak and Adara, while in co-op play, combining the two characters' special powers to overcome obstacles and discover hidden paths is key.

Developed by Navegante and published by Team17, 'Greak 2' is scheduled to launch on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. An exact release date has not yet been revealed.
