NCSOFT (Co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byung-moo) updated its MMORPG Lineage 2M with 'SANCTUARY: Miracle Revitalizing the Battlefield' on August 26.

Starting today (August 26), Lineage 2M players can enjoy a variety of updated content and events, including ▲ the Orb Class Reboot, ▲ the alliance boss contest 'Capital of Immortality', ▲ Reserve World 2nd anniversary benefits and updates, ▲ the Hutgaesu collaboration, and ▲ Interlude Coupons.

The 'Orb' is a flagship class introduced at the launch of Lineage 2M, responsible for protecting allies and supporting in battle. Through this update, various skills possessed by the Orb have been rebooted, including △ 'Sacredness,' which grants the 'Divine Grace' effect to party members to recover HP right before death; △ 'Halo,' which enhances party members' stats and cleanses harmful effects; and △ 'Group Heal,' which continuously recovers the HP of nearby party members, along with 'Luminous Heal,' an enhanced version of Group Heal.

To celebrate the Orb Class Reboot, NCSOFT is holding a 'Class Change Event' until September 9. During the event period, players can change their character's class to the Orb class for free. They can also revert to their previous class once after changing.

'Capital of Immortality' is content where players can participate in alliance-scale 'Boss Contests' to compete over boss monsters. Matched alliances defeat a mid-boss at the entrance before engaging in battle in the boss zone. Defeating the mid-boss grants buff items that are useful in battle.

To commemorate the 2nd anniversary of the initial launch of the Reserve World in August 2024, Lineage 2M updated new content such as the 'Dual Axe' class. In September, it plans to introduce the 'Soul Breaker' class as well. Reserve World players can participate in various exclusive events and earn rewards, including △ 'Free Class Change,' which allows players to switch to a desired class twice, △ 'Arcstone of Destiny,' where players receive items based on their gameplay history, and △ 'Season Pass of Destiny,' a 2nd anniversary commemorative season pass.

Across all worlds, NCSOFT is also running various events, including △ the 'Hutgaesu Collaboration,' where players can register coupons after purchasing Hutgaesu tea to receive rewards and purchase various items from the in-game Hutgaesu Wagon Merchant, △ 'Solina's Prayer Room,' where players defeat the event dungeon boss to receive the guaranteed Legendary Class 'Solina,' and △ 'Interlude Coupons,' which provide different types of benefits depending on the world category.
