Lost Ark added new content, 'Remnant of the End', through a regular update on August 26.
Remnant of the End is 4-player party content where players battle bosses encountered in past end-game content, ranging from Celestial Sentinel to Morphe, Prokel, Ashtaroth, Firehorn, and Lauriel. It consists of six stages in total, with a new boss unlocking each week over six weeks.
Unlike raids, there are no entry limits or enrage timers, and players can revive without limit upon death. It is a one-time event that does not share clear Gold rewards with existing raids. Seemingly designed with matchmaking clears in mind, a combat support buff is provided when no support class is present. Separate challenge missions also exist for adventurers seeking higher difficulty.

From Prokel to Lauriel, Face 6 Past Bosses Once Again
New content, 'Remnant of the End', has been added. Remnant of the End allows players to face powerful bosses from past end-game content adapted to current combat mechanics. Designed for 4-player parties with an Item Level of 1,730 or higher, entry requires Item Level 1,730 for Normal and 1,770 for Hard.
The content consists of six total stages. In the first week, players battle Celestial Sentinel, who previously appeared in Kayangel, followed by the addition of a new(?) removed boss each week, including Morphe and Prokel.

From Stage 2 onward, players must clear the previous stage to attempt the next one. Clear records are saved per character and do not reset weekly.
The Remnant of the End event itself runs for a total of eight weeks, from August 26 until maintenance on October 21. Even if players start late, they can complete the unlocked stages in order to claim rewards. Clearing each stage's boss for the first time awards a one-time clear reward per character. Clearing Hard difficulty first also automatically counts as clearing Normal for that stage, granting both Normal and Hard rewards simultaneously. Players receive 30,000 Gold for a Hard clear (including Normal rewards) and 10,000 Gold for a Normal clear. If you have multiple Hard-eligible characters, you can collect 30,000 Gold per character.

No Wipe and No Enrage?! 4-Player Challenge Content with Infinite Revives
Remnant of the End applies different combat rules compared to typical end-game content.
First, there is no limit on entry attempts. Players can stop or restart during battle, and can freely challenge previously cleared bosses again.
Bosses do not have enrage timers, and even if all party members die, it does not trigger a wipe. Deceased characters can also resurrect immediately without consuming extra resources or facing retry limits.
Support adjustments are also provided for parties without a support class. If no support class—such as Bard, Paladin, Artist, or Valkyrie—is present in the party, a special combat support buff is applied. Much like Serka Matchmaking Mode, this setup seems designed with completing clears through matchmaking in mind.
Because Remnant of the End is not categorized as end-game content, it does not count against Gold reward limits from existing raids. In other words, players can enjoy it as a separate challenge content without consuming their weekly raid attempts.

3 Challenge Missions Per Boss; Complete All for an MVP Background
Naturally, content for high-difficulty challenges is also prepared through separate challenge missions. With 3 missions per boss, a total of 18 challenge missions are available, and completion progress and rewards are applied roster-wide. Achieving a challenge mission on Hard also completes the corresponding Normal mission for that stage.
For Celestial Sentinel, the three challenge missions are 'Counter Heavy Strike 1 Time', 'Counter without getting hit by Chasing Spear', and 'Counter without getting hit by Afterimage Strike'. Achievements for other bosses are currently unrevealed, but no-hit counter challenges similar to Celestial Sentinel are expected. The Legendary title 'Daydream' requires completing 17 achievements (all except 1), while the MVP Background requires achieving all 18. Normal difficulty provides lower-tier rewards, such as a Legendary Card Selection Pack.
