Webzen (CEO Kim Tae-young) is hosting a large-scale event alongside the 2nd anniversary update for its mobile MMORPG MU Monarch 2.

First, the maximum character level cap has been expanded to 24 Rebirths, accompanied by related content updates. The level caps for equipment and enhancements have been raised accordingly, while new hunting grounds and dungeons suited to the updated level ranges have been added.

A variety of event benefits have also been prepared to celebrate the 2nd anniversary. A 2nd anniversary appreciation coupon packed with various items is being provided to all registered players, and simply logging in daily during the event period rewards players with premium items such as Diamonds.

During the event period ending September 7, the NPC Runedil will grant stat-boosting buff effects once per day along with a reward-filled 'Runedil's Box.' A collection event is also open where players can exchange 'Tokens of Gratitude' obtained through hunting for high-tier items, including a 2nd anniversary title, at a commemorative shop. In addition, players can receive hot-time rewards based on their playtime and open boxes dropped by 2nd anniversary monsters to obtain select Archangel Accessories.

Alongside the events, quality-of-life updates have been implemented simultaneously. New functions designed to enhance gameplay convenience have been introduced, including a single-skill reset feature and a continuous challenge option for the Tower of Seals content.
