Reflecting their recent momentum in the LCK, DN Superers proudly hoisted the championship trophy at the 2026 KeSPA Cup.

On the 18th, at the Daejeon eSports Arena, DNS easily defeated Nongshim RedForce 3-0 in the 2026 LoL KeSPA Cup finals. Although DNS had a dismal start in the LCK with a 1-17 record in the first two rounds, the team transformed completely after 'Shabel' joined for the third and fourth rounds, adding four more wins. This momentum carried naturally into the KeSPA Cup, where they secured the title, proving that their recent surge in form was no fluke.

Below is the full interview with the DNS squad following their 2026 KeSPA Cup victory.

Q. How do you feel after defeating Nongshim RedForce 3-0 to win the title?

'DuDu': This is my first time playing at a venue other than LoL PARK. It’s meaningful to finish with a championship. Although we’ve been eliminated from the LCK, I’ll prepare well so we can win our remaining matches starting tomorrow and end on a high note.

'Shabel': I’ve been with DNS for about a month or two, and I’m happy to have won the KeSPA Cup. I want to finish our two remaining regular-season matches on a good note as well.

'Clozer': I’m happy we won, and I’m proud of how well the coaching staff and all the players performed.

'Deokdam': I’m so happy we won the championship.

'Peter': It was very difficult at the beginning, but I’m happy we achieved a good result by working hard and not giving up until the end.

'KkOma' (Acting Head Coach Yoo Byung-jun): I’m happy we came all the way to Daejeon and won. The players did a great job, and I want to praise the coaching staff as well.

'Minute' (Coach Yang Hyung-min): We’ve been on a 8-match winning streak since 'Shabel' joined. I’m really happy we won. The players performed exceptionally well.

'Milimas' (Coach Kim Gun-woo): I’ve spent seasons watching other teams win. I’ve been with 'DuDu' for three years, and I’m happy to see us achieve this milestone together.

Q. How did you prepare for the finals against Nongshim?

Acting Head Coach Yoo Byung-jun: We’ve faced them many times, so there were no difficulties in our preparation.

Q. You haven't been with the team for long. Who helped you adapt?

'Shabel': Everyone treated me comfortably. I want to thank them.

Q. You are playing the role of a 'spoiler' in the LCK quite effectively.

'Shabel': We have two matches left, and with our current momentum, I think we can easily win those as well. We’ll show them the 'spicy' taste of a spoiler.

Q. You’ve now won the KeSPA Cup twice, haven't you?

'Clozer': The KeSPA Cup is a very meaningful tournament for me.

Q. You were named tournament MVP. What does that mean to you?

'DuDu': This is my first championship, and I haven't had many great personal results in the past. I think this will serve as motivation to keep working hard. I’m happy about the MVP, but I want to focus more on the fact that we achieved this championship together.

Q. Your recent performance is incredible. I imagine you'll be flooded with offers from legendary teams that you wouldn't normally encounter?

Acting Head Coach Yoo Byung-jun: We don't interact often, but there has been some contact occasionally. However, we are going on vacation once our schedule ends, so I’m not sure about what happens after that.

Q. Any final words?

Acting Head Coach Yoo Byung-jun: I’m very grateful to the fans. I’m glad we could show our strength by winning. We will do our best to win all our remaining LCK matches.

'Milimas': I think today was a fun day because I believe the fans were the real stars.

'DuDu': It was a long, difficult time. Still, I’m happy that we can be a team that shines at the end, and I’ll make sure we finish well.
