For the first time in Call of Duty history, the Modern Warfare 4 beta will offer early access to a campaign mission.

According to the official Call of Duty X (formerly Twitter) account on the 14th, a variety of content, including the 'Entrenched' campaign mission, will be available during the Modern Warfare 4 beta test. This marks the first time the Call of Duty series has included a campaign mission in a beta test.

In addition to the early campaign experience, players can enjoy various modes across five multiplayer maps. Notably, the game introduces the new 'Kill Block' map, which features terrain that changes every round, inspired by stadiums that shift their structure based on their intended use.

Infinity Ward, the developer of Modern Warfare 4, will host the 'Call of Duty: Next' showcase on August 22 (KST) to introduce new in-game content, with the pre-order exclusive early access beta beginning on the same day. The open beta, which is free for everyone to join without a pre-order or code, is scheduled to run from August 29 to September 2 (KST).
