FiftyOnePercent will participate in the Busan Indie Connect Festival 2026 (BIC 2026), held over three days starting August 14, to present hands-on demos and various events for its co-op action Roguelike game, Pebble Knights.
FiftyOnePercent will host a demo booth at the Indie Game Group Korea joint pavilion, located in front of the main stage in Hall 2 of BEXCO Exhibition Center 1 in Busan. Visitors can experience the game on-site for three days, from August 14 to 16, 2026.
Pebble Knights is an action Roguelike game that can be played solo or in teams of up to five players. During the day, players must gather equipment in glowing zones to strengthen their characters, collect resources, and reinforce their base. At night, they must defend their position against waves of massive enemy forces and powerful bosses. A core mechanic of the game is its 'consumption-based' progression system: acquiring items grants specific attributes, and collecting the same attributes repeatedly allows them to evolve into higher tiers. Players can devise new strategies with every run based on their unique combinations, and in multiplayer mode, they can create synergies by dividing roles among team members.
Currently available in Early Access on Steam, Pebble Knights is being refined through active incorporation of player feedback. A recent update significantly overhauled the layout of the 'Underworld,' a key late-game area, greatly enhancing player autonomy. Moving away from the previous linear gate structure, the game now allows users to choose which doors to pass through and determine their own exploration paths. Depending on their current status, players can now take a proactive approach, such as heading straight for the final boss or opting for further exploration to expand their forces.
Attendees will be able to play the latest version of Pebble Knights, which features a wide range of improvements. Various exclusive souvenirs will be provided alongside on-site events for demo participants and visitors. A representative from FiftyOnePercent stated, "We are excited to meet the players who have enjoyed Pebble Knights through the Busan Indie Connect Festival and to introduce the game to those encountering it for the first time," adding, "We hope everyone will come by to play the game and enjoy the various events we have prepared." Detailed information about the title can be found on its Steam store page.
