Pearl Abyss has published its fifth ESG report, '2025 PEARL ABYSS ESG STORY,' detailing its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management activities and achievements for 2025.

Guided by its core values of 'Tenacity,' 'Wildness,' and 'Trust,' the report highlights last year's ESG initiatives, including ▲2050 Net-Zero, ▲a people-centric organizational culture, and ▲mutual growth with users and local communities.

The company has established an implementation framework to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and a roadmap to transition all company-operated vehicles to zero-emission electric vehicles by 2030. It continues to pursue environmental management through participation in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and the 'Green Earth Challenge,' an eco-friendly campaign for employees.

Pearl Abyss was recognized for its competitive, people-centric organizational culture, being named one of the 'Best Workplaces in Korea' for two consecutive years. The company also continues its social responsibility efforts, including welfare programs regardless of employment type, family-friendly policies, protection of user rights, information security, and the cultivation of future game industry talent.
