For the first time since its listing, Neptune is set to maximize shareholder value by canceling approximately 1.08 million treasury shares, representing 2.31% of its total outstanding stock.

Neptune (CEO Kang Yul-bin) announced that its board of directors has approved the company's first-ever cancellation of treasury shares since going public. Under this decision, Neptune will cancel 1081286 of its 1801049 existing treasury shares, which accounts for approximately 2.31% of the total issued shares. Once the process is complete, Neptune's remaining treasury shares will be reduced to 719763.

Starting with this cancellation, the company plans to establish and execute mid-to-long-term policies aimed at enhancing shareholder returns and corporate value. To this end, Neptune has been strengthening its financial foundation over the past two years by reclassifying a total of ₩220 billion in capital surplus into retained earnings.

In addition, the company intends to focus on driving performance growth in the second half of the year to steadily increase its corporate value. Neptune is currently actively expanding its ad-tech business in the Indian market through its local subsidiary, KRAFTON Ad Platform India, while continuing to pursue active development and publishing of hybrid-casual mobile games.
