NEOWIZ (Co-CEOs Park Sung-jun and Bae Tae-geun) reported ₩102.1 billion in consolidated revenue and ₩7.9 billion in operating profit for Q2 2026. With the launch of the new co-CEO system under Park Sung-jun, the company is channeling its full organizational capacity into the development of new global titles.

NEOWIZ officially announced its Q2 2026 financial results on the 12nd, prepared in accordance with K-IFRS. Total revenue reached ₩102.1 billion, a 1% increase from the previous quarter, while operating profit rose 14% quarter-over-quarter to ₩7.9 billion. Net income was recorded at ₩18.4 billion, bolstered by gains from the valuation of financial assets. The Q2 performance was driven by synergy between the stable PC/console segment and growth in the mobile sector.

By segment, the mobile game division led the growth with ₩53.2 billion in revenue, up 4% from the previous quarter and 21% year-over-year. This was primarily driven by the success of the '3rd Anniversary Campaign' and content updates for Brown Dust 2. Additionally, Cats & Soup saw a rebound in user metrics following its Sanrio IP collaboration, and Cats & Soup: Magic Recipe, released globally in April, also contributed to initial revenue. Conversely, PC/console game revenue was ₩37.3 billion, down 35% year-over-year. This decline reflects the stabilization period for major titles like Lies of P and Shape of Dreams following their initial launches, as well as a high-base effect from the release of the Lies of P: Prelude DLC in June of last year. Other revenue grew 37% year-over-year to ₩11.6 billion.

Following board approval on the 12nd, NEOWIZ officially established the co-CEO system of Park Sung-jun and Bae Tae-geun, with Park, formerly the head of the New Game Development Group, taking his new post. Park, who spearheaded the global success of Lies of P, will focus on discovering new titles and consolidating development capabilities. Bae will oversee overall management, including technology-based new business initiatives and infrastructure operations. Through this structure, the company aims to accelerate global publishing and new IP discovery, centered on three core pillars: the New Game Development Group, the Global Business Group, and the Live Game Business Group.

Under the new leadership, the company is accelerating efforts to boost second-half performance. Lies of P: Complete Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2 platform, released on the 6th, achieved a Metacritic score of 86—the highest in the franchise—with a global physical package launch scheduled for October. The company is also proceeding with the Greater China launch of the MMORPG Kingdom 2, which began service on the 5th, and the global release of the published title Hello Seoul: Itaewon is also slated to follow.

The pipeline of new titles, which will serve as future growth engines, has also expanded. Internal projects such as the Lies of P sequel, Project Rubicon, Project Windy, and Project CF are progressing smoothly. The lineup has been further bolstered by the addition of the subculture-based Project FN and the narrative CRPG publishing title Wound Up Deadman.

Co-CEO Park Sung-jun stated, "We are taking our first step toward expanding the experience we have built in development to our overall management," adding, "We will focus our company's capabilities on developing new titles to create another hit IP that resonates in the global market, following in the footsteps of 'Lies of P'."

Meanwhile, as part of the three-year shareholder return policy announced last January, the NEOWIZ board of directors finalized a resolution on the 12nd to acquire ₩5 billion worth of treasury shares for the purpose of mandatory cancellation for the 2026 fiscal year.
