
Toei Games, the gaming brand of Toei, has announced its participation in the Busan Indie Connect Festival 2026 (BIC 2026), held in Busan for three days from August 14 to 16, 2026, marking the brand's first appearance at an overseas game show.
Fumio Yoshimura, President and CEO of Toei Company, Ltd., headquartered in Chuo City, Tokyo, announced the brand's debut at an international gaming event. With this participation, Toei Games plans to significantly strengthen its expansion beyond Japan and into the global market.
As Asia's largest indie game event, BIC 2026 is a global festival where developers and gamers from around the world connect. This year's slogan, 'Buff Your Indie Spirit,' reflects the process of indie developers' creative energy meeting gamers to expand into new possibilities. Through its on-site presence, Toei Games aims to reach international fans, local media, and industry professionals to boost the global recognition of its titles and accelerate its international expansion.
The Toei Games booth will feature playable demos for three titles. Visitors will have the opportunity to play the latest versions of these games, including 'KILLA,' which was developed by a new four-member Korean development team. In addition to 'KILLA,' Toei plans to showcase 'DEBUG NEPHEMEE' and 'HINO'.
