Snoop Dogg joins FaZe Clan board of directors

FaZe Clan announced on Monday that Snoop Dogg is the newest person to join the board of directors at the FaZe Clan. The legendary hip-hop artist and owner of Death Row Records is heavily involved in the online media space and a big pick up for FaZe Clan.

“My son Cordell put me up on FaZe Clan,” Snoop Dogg told The Hollywood Reporter on Monday. “He’s really tapped into gaming, Web3, culture, etc. and knew this would be something that I’d be into.”

FaZe Clan made a fun introduction cinematic that they published to their Twitter along with the news on Monday, saying "It's the one and only... introducing FaZe Snoop."

The legendary rapper has shown interest in gaming in the past, especially in the Call of Duty scene. In addition to playing various games and streaming online, he was featured as a voice-over pack in Call of Duty: Ghosts and is a rumored upcoming playable skin in Call of Duty Warzone, though this has not been officially confirmed by Raven Software.

So it's official, Snoop Dogg is now also FaZe Snoop.
