P1noy returns to the LEC after 5 years, as substitute ADC for G2 Esports

Kristoffer “P1noy” Pedersen has returned to the League of Legends European championship after a five year hiatus. G2 Esports announced today that the player was tagging along as their substitute AD carry for the 2020 Season.

Known for its flexibility on stage, this year, G2 will be swapping roles between Rasmus “Caps” Winther, who is alternating between the mid lane position and ADC, and Luka “Perkz” Perković, that previously played as ADC in the 2019 season. It is unclear if P1noy will be starting on stage with G2, with is a chance the player was added to the roster to replace former substitute support player Hampus “Promisq” Abrahamsson.

“Hey, P1noy here, before you question, I’m not Yasuo’s editor, it has been five years since I was in the LEC -WOW- back when it was called EU LCS. With me joining, we are now 3 Danes at G2, and as you know, Danes are the Koreans of Europe. I can’t wait to get that grand slam and be the final piece in the puzzle. Oh wait, I’m in G2 now.

P1noy has passed through several minor leagues, including most recently the French League of Legends team ROG Esport and Norwegian organisation Nordavind, in which he joined in January of this year right before leaving for G2.
