Teamfight Tactics 10.2 patch teases nerfs to Karma, Leona, Olaf and more

Earlier in the week, Riot Games teased some of their tentative plans for what patch 10.2 might look like for their auto chess title, Teamfight Tactics. On Friday afternoon, they divulged even more and confirmed that current changes being tested on their Public Beta Environment (PBE) are slated to go live when the patch debuts next Thursday in one form or another.

On Teamfight Tactics' official Twitter account, the following infographic was shared as a "sneak peek" of what's to come. While all information is subject to change, the development team is at least teasing where their focus is for the upcoming patch.

While players have been able to test out many of the tentative changes (Sivir, Assassin, Warden, etc.) throughout the week, quite a few targets have been added.

Inferno, Sion, Bloodthirster, Hextech Gunblade, Bramblevest, Luden's Echo, Iceborn Gauntlet and Guinsoo's Rageblade are all seeing buffs out of the blue. As for what they could be, it's best left to the imagination.

On the other hand, recently released Leona and Karma, as well as Blademaster and Olaf are being hit with the nerf hammer as the development team feels they are just a bit too strong.

The "Item Drops" change, while vague, is a topic of conversation the game's Lead Designer, Stephen "Mortdog" Mortimer, has mentioned recently on his personal Twitch stream. Currently, too often are players seeing a full Force of Nature in the carousel late-game and, to prevent a level of randomness from impacting who wins when there are only a few players left, it's set to be removed from those situations (presumably).
