It doesn't need to be said, everyone knows that NA has a serious crush on imports. The franchising and Scouting Grounds were supposed to help, but they haven't done enough. NA needs some changes to help keep its domestic talent relevant.
As of Wednesday, Nov. 12th, the LACS is now able to field two imports, with one slot reserved for emerging region players only. This rule allows for a more broad spread for talent scouting for the region.
