The win was driven by well-prepared draft strategies and a performance that executed them to perfection.

'Taeyoon' Kim Tae-yoon, who was named Player of the Match (POM) for his performance on Mel in Game 1 and Caitlyn in Game 2, shared his thoughts: "Perhaps because things have been going well since the Road to EWC, I didn't feel intimidated by the opponent's reputation. I came to the arena feeling relaxed, confident that we could win. It was disappointing to lose to Hanwha Life Esports (HLE) last time, so I'm really happy to have secured a clean win against KT Rolster."

BNK FearX pulled out a surprise pick in Game 1: Skarner support. When asked about it, 'Taeyoon' explained, "We only practiced it once yesterday. There's a Skarner specialist YouTuber, and 'Raptor' Jeon Eo-jin recommended it. He said it was really good, so we tried it out in practice yesterday and decided to use it today."

He added, "The Ashe-Seraphine combo is strong in the laning phase, so you have to snowball the game with it. However, once you get caught by Skarner, you feel like you're in mortal danger, which weakens that pressure. In that sense, I think it's a very solid pick."

In the final team fight of Game 1, the timing of 'VicLa' Lee Dae-kwang's engage, combined with 'Taeyoon' reflecting the opponent's Encore, was exceptional. He noted, "It wasn't a pre-planned play. We went in thinking we had the advantage, but the situation almost turned sour because of Aurora's ultimate. Fortunately, the Encore landed well, which allowed us to win.
