BNK FearX defeated kt Rolster 2-0 in their 2026 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) regular season Round 2 match, held on the 9th at the LoL Park in Jongno. BNK FearX secured the victory by showcasing well-prepared draft strategies in both games and delivering an outstanding performance on the Rift.

In Game 1, BNK FearX executed their draft perfectly to claim a decisive win. They pulled out a surprise 'Mel-Skarner' bottom lane combination to counter Ashe-Seraphine and picked top Olaf to neutralize Jayce, completing a highly distinct team composition. They also successfully denied 'Cuzz' Moon Woo-chan his signature Jarvan IV pick.

Early in the game, BNK FearX got off to a great start by consistently winning trades in the top-side skirmishes. This significantly neutralized 'Cuzz's' Xin Zhao. With no threat from the enemy jungle, 'Clear' Song Hyeon-min's Olaf even secured a bold solo kill under the tower. Leveraging their fed top-side, BNK FearX monopolized objectives and snowballed their lead to take the first game.

In Game 2, kt Rolster drew first blood. 'Clear's' Renekton, while over-farming, was caught by 'Aiming' Kim Ha-ram and 'BeryL' Cho Geon-hee while trying to escape into enemy territory. kt Rolster also picked up additional kills during a mid-lane skirmish. However, the issue for KT was that while 'BeryL' was roaming, 'Taeyoon' Kim Tae-yoon's Caitlyn pushed the lane aggressively, creating a massive gap in CS and experience. Using this pressure, BNK FearX quickly took the bottom tier-1 tower and then secured an ace during a team fight at the dragon pit to take the lead.

Facing a deficit, kt Rolster began to group up. They kept their hopes alive by picking off members and finding kills through numerical advantages. However, when the Cloud Soul appeared, an inevitable team fight broke out, and BNK FearX secured a massive victory behind the firepower of Caitlyn. With the Baron buff, BNK FearX pushed into the base, secured a clean ace, and put an end to the series.
