In the post-match interview, head coach Park Jun-seok took responsibility, stating, "The players had too many conflicting ideas," and added that he would focus on stabilizing the team to aim for better results.

The following is the full transcript of the interview with Head Coach Park Jun-seok and 'Kellin' Kim Hyeong-gyu.

Q. You must be disappointed with today's loss. Could you give us your overall assessment.

Head Coach Park: In Game 1, it was painful that Pantheon was caught and killed in the early jungle, and we suffered a major defeat in the second dragon teamfight, which we felt we had to win. In Game 2, we played well through the early and mid-game, but we were too hasty when initiating teamfights in the mid-to-late game. We could have fought better, but our combat execution was lacking. It was a disappointing loss in many ways.

'Kellin': Overall, I think we lost today because the team wasn't in sync.

Q. Compared to the strong performance shown in the EWC qualifiers, the team seemed particularly out of sync today. What do you think was the cause of the loss?

Head Coach Park: In Game 1, our skill combos were completely off during the dragon teamfight. Usually, we would be in sync, but today, the result showed that the players were strangely on too many different pages. In Game 2, we were in a position where we could have easily held the advantage if we had played slowly, but a hasty call caused our balance to collapse.

'Kellin': I think the fact that the players weren't in the best condition overall also had an impact.

Q. You are working on a new bot lane synergy following the addition of 'Taeyoon' Kim Tae-yoon. You mentioned that you needed to re-evaluate the tier list; how is that going.

'Kellin': It's not perfect yet, and we are still in the process of improving. Since such a wide variety of champions are being played in the bot lane, we are constantly talking to each other to figure out what we like, what we dislike, and what we are good at. It's a meta where bot lane laning is crucial, so we are paying a lot of attention to it.

Q. The competition in the lower ranks is very intense. How do you plan to approach the remaining matches in the second round?

Head Coach Park: I believe the team can only become a true team if the members communicate more. Since 'Taeyoon' hasn't been with us for long, we will continue the process of finding common ground with 'Kellin' and the other players. We beat KT last time, but I don't think we can win if we play like we did today. We plan to talk a lot during scrims. Even if we lose a bit now, we want to address our weaknesses and slowly raise our performance level, with the goal of becoming a truly strong team by the 3rd and 4th rounds and making it to Worlds.

Q. Any final words on your next match.

Head Coach Park: Watching KT play today, they looked solid and strong. I don't think we can win at all if we play like we did today. Starting from tomorrow's scrims, we will discuss the areas where we were lacking today and prepare thoroughly.

'Kellin': The KT we saw today was very solid as a team. We need to take today's loss as a lesson, address our weaknesses, and prepare well.
