[Update Nov. 22] Following Nongshim RedForce’s announcement of the departure of their main roster, the team announced that they are calling up the whole LCK Challengers roster to compete in the LCK for 2023. In their tweet, they said, “Dreamed over three years as one. A new generation of NS RedForce is finally on the LCK stage.”

Nongshim RedForce’s new roster for 2023 will be as follows.

Top: Park “DnDn” Geun-woo

Jungle: Lee “Sylvie” Seung-bok

Mid: Ahn “FIESTA” Hyeon-seo

Bot: Ha “vital” In-seong

Support: Jeong “Peter” Yoon-su

On Nov. 22, Nongshim RedForce announced the departure of the members on their roster. As of the announcement, Kim “Canna” Chang-dong, Lee “Dread” Jin-hyeok, Gwak “Bdd” Bo-seong, Jang “Ghost” Yong-jun, Lee “Effort” Sang-ho, No “SnowFlower” Hoi-jong, and coach Lim “Comet” Hye-seong are free agents.

In their announcement, they mentioned that they “appreciate everything they've done for the team in 2022 and wish them good luck in all of their future endeavors.”

There were high expectations for Nongshim RedForce before the year began, as they signed top players in the league, such as Bdd and world champion Ghost. However, their performance was underwhelming and struggled in both of the seasons with an 8th-place finish.

Meanwhile, the contract with head coach Heo “Irean” Yeong-cheol lasts through 2024. Irean joined Nongshim RedForce last April.
