The Grand Finals for the PUBG GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 (PGC 2022) - an in-person PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS tournament hosted by KRAFTON, Inc. - will run for four consecutive days from Nov. 17 - 20. Sixteen rosters made up of the best teams in PUBG Esports will compete in 20 matches for their share of a $2,000,000 prize pool and a chance to be crowned PGC 2022 champions. The Grand Finals will be held in front of a live audience in the Dubai Exhibition Center during the Dubai Esports Festival. 

 

The 32 best PUBG Esports teams from around the world have been competing for the last two weeks for a spot in the PGC 2022 Grand Finals. After the Group Stage, Winners and Losers Brackets, and the gruelling Grand Survival, sixteen teams remain.

Teams

  • Europe: Natus Vincere, Twisted Minds, Question Mark, OVERPEEKERS, FaZe Clan, Entropiq

  • Asia: 17 Gaming, Kwangdong Freecs, Danawa E-Sports, TakeMeAway Gaming

  • Americas: eUnited, YAHO, Wildcard Gaming

  • APAC: Daytrade Gaming, The Expendables, CERBERUS Esports

 

Three teams from the Americas region have qualified for the Grand Finals.

 

eUnited have had the strongest showing of any Americas team so far. After a dominant showing and securing first place in Group B of the Group Stage, they went on to secure a fourth place finish in the Winners Bracket!

 

Right behind eUnited is YAHO who have qualified to the Grand Finals following a second place finish in the Group Stage and narrowly escaping through the Winners Bracket by securing the last spot for the Grand Final.

 

Finally, Wildcard Gaming qualified through the Group Stage by securing the last spot, but faltered in the Winner’s Bracket by not securing a top eight spot. Wildcard Gaming found themselves in phase two of the Losers Bracket, where they dominated their competition to secure a second place finish and a spot in the Grand Final!

Fans will be able to watch every match live on the official PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Twitch and PUBG Esports YouTube channels.
