More changes reportedly are coming for the LEC organization, MAD Lions. According to an article by Yohan Markov and Benjamin Mock of Jaxon, the European champion mid laner has reached a verbal agreement with the LCS organization Dignitas. The report comes after a disappointing Worlds campaign for MAD Lions — failing to make it past the Play-In stage. A full agreement has not been met according to the Jaxon report, stating that "the deal is not yet finalized between Dignitas and MAD Lions, with both teams expected to continue negotiations over the signing."

After a rough spring performance that saw Dignitas place seventh in the LCS's regular season, the team continued to lose going into LCS 2022 Summer — posting a 3-15 record for dead last in the league. The reported addition of Armut is not the only major change Dignitas will make in the offseason, as the organization also recently announced the exit of mid laner Ersin "Blue" Gören. The team's new mid laner has not been announced yet.

In his four years competing professionally, Armut has established himself as one of the best players to originally play in the TCL. Initially competing with HWA Gaming Royal Youth, and SuperMassive Esports, the top laner entered the international stage in the 2019 and 2020 iterations of Worlds. Signing with MAD Lions in 2021, Armut helped the team win back-to-back LEC Championships — almost making the finals of that year's MSI, and qualifying for the Worlds 2021 knockout stage.

After roster and meta changes in 2022, Armut and MAD Lions struggled to repeat their success in the first half of the year but managed to have stronger performances in the summer. The team qualified for Worlds 2022, but failed to make it past the Play-In stage — falling to Evil Geniuses in the second round of knockouts.
