Day 1 did not see a clear of Kazeros Extreme Nightmare mode. At around 1 a.m. today (22nd), the 'Youngroti' raid team, which recorded the fastest progression, wrapped up their Day 1 raid attempt. Their furthest progression reached the final black tile pattern of Gate 2-3, 'Kazeros, Guardian of Order'. Although their progression has reached its final stages, they remain one step away from a clear.
Kazeros Extreme Nightmare mode is the second Extreme content introduced following Mordoom. Re-releasing a boss based on the existing Kazeros Raid, former CCO Keum Kang-sun mentioned during a past live stream to the effect that "players who tried The First will be able to clear it quickly". Added to this, key raid mechanics and strategies for Kazeros Extreme were already known through the Chinese server, leading many to anticipate a Day 1 clear.
However, the actual raid attempt was far from smooth. Although the boss's HP is lower than Mordoom's, players evaluated that its fast attack speed and relentless barrage of patterns make it difficult to secure time to deal damage. The Youngroti raid team also expressed after hours of attempts that they need to further refine their pattern responses and mechanical proficiency.
Progress itself has advanced significantly. The Youngroti raid team reached the final black tile pattern of Gate 2-3 Kazeros, Guardian of Order. What remains is overcoming the hurdles of the late-phase mechanics and converting that progress into an actual clear.
Kazeros Extreme managed to halt even the raid team that defeated Mordoom in just 4 hours. Although no Day 1 clear emerged, the leading raid team has entered the final phase of the raid. Attention is focused on whether 'Youngroti' can maintain their progression lead and claim the world first clear.
