GAMEPIA CO., LTD. announced that pre-orders for the physical edition of CRYMELIGHT on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 will run from October 22 to November 4. The official domestic release date in South Korea is November 5.
CRYMELIGHT is a roguelike action game developed by FURYU Corporation and published by Clouded Leopard Entertainment Inc. Gamepia is offering the physical edition in collaboration with Clouded Leopard Entertainment. The game supports subtitles in Korean and four other languages, and is rated for ages 15 and up.
The story is set in an afterlife where girls burdened with their own sins fight to gain their freedom. Facing their pasts and the sins committed for love, the characters unleash power and grow stronger through regret and repentance. Set against a dark, dreamlike world, the narrative follows a story where resolve and madness intersect.
Players take on the role of Alice, an amnesiac girl. Seeking to return to her original world, Alice joins forces with Mary, a mysterious girl, to enter a game to defeat the Queen who rules this realm.
In battle, players face enemies using "sins" as weapons, with acceleration actions triggered by the death cries of defeated foes. Combat also features a poker-style build system where players collect playing card-style skill cards and form combinations with a five-card hand. Further details about the game can be found on the official website.
