EA Sports has confirmed that its Fight Night boxing series is returning, in a short teaser announced on X (formerly Twitter) on October 20th.
The post came from a new EA Sports Fight Night account and read: "To everyone who stayed in our corner: Fight Night is coming back." It was paired with a single image of red boxing gloves hanging under a spotlight above an empty ring, with the tagline 'The fight is never over' and the EA Sports logo.
No platforms, release window, price or gameplay details were given. The account was set up on October 13th and has posted only once. Its bio reads "Back into the ring" and notes that the game's ESRB rating is pending (the Entertainment Software Rating Board gives age ratings to games in North America).
What we know so far
The teaser went up at 11 AM PT / 7 PM BST and was reposted by the main EA Sports and Electronic Arts accounts. Within about an hour it had passed 20,000 likes and close to 600,000 views.
EA Sports, the sports label of publisher Electronic Arts, has not said when it will share more about the game. For now, the Fight Night account links only to the general EA Sports website.
