Pearl Abyss, together with players of Black Desert and Black Desert Mobile, raised donations and supplies worth a total of 20 million won to support children with incurable diseases and their families.
Players who took part in in-game events across both titles joined this charitable effort. In Black Desert, players completed quests delivering dolls to NPCs or transporting gift boxes. In Black Desert Mobile, players directly selected the gifts they wished to send to the children from options including winter gear, moisturizing products, and stationery sets.
Pearl Abyss visited the National Cancer Center on the 16th alongside Make-A-Wish Korea, an organization that helps fulfill wishes for children with incurable diseases. At the site, magic performances and caricature experiences were held, and gift sets needed for hospital stays along with Pearl Abyss merchandise were delivered to 100 pediatric patients and their families.
The support initiatives for children with incurable diseases by Make-A-Wish Korea and Pearl Abyss began in 2021. From 2021 to 2024, they helped grant children's wishes while hosting headquarters visits and running mentoring programs. In 2025, they conducted a visitation program for young patients and their families at Asan Medical Center.
