Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. unveiled its new mobile title, Gundam Blitz Order, for the first time on the 15th and began recruiting participants for a network test. The Korean test is scheduled to accommodate 500 participants and will run from November 18 to 24.
In the test, players will be able to experience a portion of the features that will be included in the official app. Applications are being accepted on the official website from 12:00 PM on the 15th to 11:59 AM on the 26th. The Korean test will begin at 2:00 PM on November 18 and end at 1:59 PM on November 24. This test will be conducted in select regions.
Gundam Blitz Order is an idle simulation game where players construct squads using Mobile Suits, Battleships, and Mobile Armors from the Gundam series. Players organize and deploy their squads while considering each unit's characteristics and various 'EX Skill' effects. Progression materials gathered through automatic combat are used to strengthen squads, and newly acquired units can be put to work immediately in combat.
Combat content includes boss battles, battleship escort missions, and competitive modes against other players. The release platforms have been confirmed as the App Store and Google Play, with the service launch date yet to be announced. Supported languages include Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, though the game may not be supported on certain device models.
To coincide with the release of the first title PV, a giveaway campaign is running on the official Instagram until the 25th. Users can participate by following the official account and leaving a comment specifying which unit in the PV they are looking forward to most and why. A total of 10 winners will be chosen via raffle to receive an original smartphone stand.
Applications for the network test and further details about the game can be found on the official Gundam Blitz Order website and official Instagram.
