Logitech Korea announced on the 14th that it is introducing the Patronus Edition for its ALTO KEYS K98M wireless mechanical keyboard, featuring spells and symbols from Harry Potter.
The motif of this edition is the Patronus, which symbolizes protection in the Harry Potter universe. The 15 accent keycaps feature elements from the franchise, including the Harry Potter logo, spells, major characters' wands, and Patronuses. Users can arrange the keycap placement however they like.
Spells from the series are also used to represent keyboard functions. Lumos is applied to the backlight, Silencio to mute, and dictation and screenshots are represented by Aparecium and Deletrius, respectively.
The desk mat features a blue Patronus and the Harry Potter logo set against a dark background. By using symbols from the same universe across both keycaps and desk mat, the lineup is designed to allow users to style their desk space cohesively.
Logitech Korea stated, “This Patronus Edition was designed to incorporate Harry Potter spells and symbols into the keyboard user experience so that fans can enjoy the universe in their daily lives,” adding, “We will continue to offer user experiences that bring joy to everyday life through collaborations reflecting consumer tastes and personality.”
