KRAFTON's 'PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS' (hereinafter PUBG) will introduce collaboration content with the anime 'Jujutsu Kaisen' on September 10.
This collaboration incorporates the world of 'Jujutsu Kaisen' into the signature map Erangel. Following the update, spaces and thematic elements inspired by the original work will be added to parts of Erangel, allowing players to experience collaboration content during movement and combat.
Costumes themed after characters from the original work and progressive weapon skins will also be added. KRAFTON introduced the main direction of the collaboration through a main trailer released on September 7.
During the collaboration period, in-game events will run where players can complete missions and obtain items. The PC event will run from September 10 to October 14, and the console event will run from September 17 to October 22.
A KRAFTON official stated, "This collaboration was designed to expand the gameplay experience built up by PUBG while allowing players to feel immersed," adding, "We will continue to deliver PUBG's unique brand of fun through various collaboration content in the future."
